2003-263RESOLUTION NO. 2003-263 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS FOR 6 WILDWOOD DRIVE At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the I 01 day of November, 2003, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor Councilmen ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero Robert L. Valdati AmonmixRettm Joseph P. Paoloni Christopher J. Colsey Vincent Bettina The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. . Valdati and seconded MAKyrraweel WHEREAS, on or about April 17, 2003, Theresa Scott deposited Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) with the Town of Wappinger in escrow for seeding for 6 Wildwood Drive; and WHEREAS, Theresa Scott has requested an escrow refund in the amount of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00), and has been recommended by Karl Seebruch , Building Inspector to the Town of Wappinger, in his letter dated September 19, 2003 to the Town Board Members. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00) made payable to Theresa Scott, Account Number 02-740, for the refund of the unused escrow funds deposited for 6 Wildwood Drive.
