RESOLUTION NO. 2003-273
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FOR 2 SCRIBO ROAD
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 24th day of November, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded
by Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, on or about September 2, 2003, Joyce Giangrasso deposited Twenty
Dollars ($20.00) with the Town of Wappinger for a Building Permit for 2 Scribo Road;
and
WHEREAS, Joyce Giangrosso has requested a refund in the amount of Twenty
Dollars and 00/100 ($20.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
1. Payment is approved in the amount of Twenty and 00/100 ($20.00) made
payable to Joyce Giangrosso, Account Number 03-1057, for the refund of the unused
Building permit Application deposited for 2 Scribo Road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
