RESOLUTION NO. 2004-168
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW REFUND
FOR 79 PYE LANE
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the l Ot" day of May, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded
by Ms_ McCarthy
WHEREAS, on or about February 12, 2004, Coleen Karabinos deposited Two
Thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) to the Town of Wappinger for a driveway escrow for
the property located at 79 Pye Lane; and
WHEREAS, Coleen Karabinos has requested a refund in the amount of Two
Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($2000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars and 00/100
($2000.00) made payable to Coleen Karabinos, Account Number 2002-0763B, for the
refund of unused escrow for the property located on 79 Pye Lane in accordance with a
letter from Building Inspector George Kolb dated April 26, 2004.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
