RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUILDING PERMIT FEE REFUND
FOR 327 MYERS CORNERS ROAD
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 30th day of August, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. McCarthy and seconded
by Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, on or about May 25,2004 Sandra Bongiorno deposited Fifty and
00/100 ($50.00) to the Town of Wappinger for a building permit for the property located
on 327 Myers Corners Road; and
WHEREAS, Sandra Bongiorno has requested a refund in the amount of Fifty
Dollars and 00/100 ($50.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($50.00)
made payable to Sandra Cantu-Bongiorno, Account Number 22409, for the refund of a
building permit for the property located at 327 Myers Corners Road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
