Resolution Authorizing Re -Levy of Unpaid 2008 Water & Sewer Charges
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October
15, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Maureen McCarthy (arrived at 7:11 PM)
Joseph P. Paoloni (arrived at 7:07 PM)
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the last day for payments to be made at Town Hall for unpaid water/sewer
accounts is November 18, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. Debbie Brown, Water/Sewer Billing Clerk to the Town of Wappinger is hereby
authorized to forward all unpaid water/sewer accounts to the Dutchess County Department of
Real Property Tax on November 21, 2008, to be re -levied upon the 2009 County Land Tax bills.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
