Resolution Authorizing Consultants to Advise Water and Sewer Committee
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October
15, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Maureen McCarthy (arrived at 7:11 PM)
Joseph P. Paoloni (arrived at 7:07 PM)
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, Supervisor Christopher J. Colsey has created a Water and Sewer
Committee consisting of Councilmen Vincent F. Bettina and Joseph P. Paoloni to study water
and sewer issues, extension of water and sewer districts and authorization to permit outside users
to connect to the water and sewer systems; and
WHEREAS, the Water and Sewer Committee may need the advice of the Town's
Consultants to assist them in their deliberations, studies and determinations
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. Robert J. Gray, P.E., and Albert P. Roberts, Attorney to the Town, are hereby
authorized to meet with the Water and Sewer Committee to provide such professional assistance
as the Water and Sewer Committee may deem necessary and appropriate.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
