RESOLUTION NO. 2002-206
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS AND TRANSFERS
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, the Comptroller to the Town of Wappinger, Gerald A. Terwilliger, has
recommended certain amendments to the budget as set forth in a letter dated June 18, 2002 from
Gerald A. Terwilliger, Comptroller, to Supervisor and Town Board Members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the following amendments to the Town of
Wappinger Budget adopted for the calendar year of 2002:

fees for 2002.

pricing by a few dollars.- According-.to:the .contract,, you* would buy at
57% off list. On top. of that there is a'200/o installation charge. We are
selling you the product at 50% off with a 2% delivery/installation
charge. While the figures are very close it saves you about $100.
The pricing on the file system is at NYS contract pricing, (see
summary attached). It is also customary for the contracts to include
design and layout work at an additional fee. We provide this service
no charge.
