RESOLUTION NO. 2002-325
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS AND TRANSFERS
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 25�
day of November, 2002, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr.yaldati and seconded by
WHEREAS, the Comptroller to the Town of Wappinger, Gerald A. Terwilliger, has
recommended certain amendments to the Town budget as set forth in a letter dated November
19, 2002 from Gerald A. Terwilliger, Comptroller, to Supervisor and Town Board Members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the following amendments to the Town of
Wappinger Budget adopted for the calendar year of 2002:
