2008-348Resolution Setting Annual Reorganization Meeting for Fiscal Year 2009
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on December
8, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Maureen McCarthy
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby schedules
Monday, January 5th, 2009, as the Annual Re -Organizational Meeting of the Town Board to be
held at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, commencing at 7:00
PM.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is hereby requested to provide
notice to the public of the meeting established by this Resolution in accordance with Town Law,
the Town of Wappinger Code and the Rules of Procedure of this Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
