Resolution Appointing Certified Public Accountants to Audit the Accounts of the
Supervisor, Town Clerk and Town Justices for the Town of Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 5,
2009.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Maureen McCarthy (arrived at 7:03 PM)
Joseph P. Paoloni
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Sedore & Company, Certified Public Accountants, be and they
are hereby retained to audit the accounts and reports of the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, and
Town Justices for the year 2009; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Accountants are hereby further retained for
the purpose of furnishing to the Supervisor, Accountant and Bookkeeper to the Supervisor, such
additional accounting assistance as may be requested from time to time; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Certified Public Accountants receive said
compensation for all inclusive productive services which they shall render to the Town in this
connection.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
