Resolution Authorizing Recruitment of Candidates for Appointment to Various Boards
and Committees Serving the Town of Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 5,
2009.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Maureen McCarthy (arrived at 7:03 PM)
Joseph P. Paoloni
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has opportunities for
appointments amongst various Boards and Committees, to include the Planning Board, Zoning
Board of Appeals, Recreation Committee, Conservation Advisory Committee and Board of
Assessment Review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to seek letters of interest and
resumes for the aforementioned positions through advertisements posted in the Official
Newspaper(s) of the Town of Wappinger.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
