Resolution Authorizing the Town Supervisor to Execute a Contract with MVP Health Plan
for Insurance Health Plan for Health Insurance Benefits for 2009
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
9, 2009.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger provides health insurance benefits to its
employees; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger has utilized the services of MVP Health Plan, Inc.
since the initial enrollment of October 2008; and
WHEREAS, MVP Health Plan, Inc. has offered health insurance coverage to the Town
of Wappinger for calendar year 2009, at the annual premium rate of:
Single Employee: $5,941.68
Member/Spouse: $11,883.36
Family: $15,989.16
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger hereby authorizes Supervisor Christopher Colsey to execute a contract with MVP
Health Plan, Inc. for calendar year 2009, at the aforementioned annual premium rate for health
insurance benefits.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
