TOWN BOARD APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS TOWN OFFICES
AND POSITIONS
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. co 1 s e y and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
BE IT RESOLVED, that the following persons be and they hereby are appointed
to the following offices and positions of employment with the Town of Wappinger to
serve in such capacity at the pleasure of the Town Board for the year 2003.

Barbara Roberti Secretary to Planning Board and Zoning
Board of Appeals
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salaries otherwise fixed for the above
designated offices and positions shall be paid to the holders of such offices and positions,
every Friday throughout the year with 52 pay periods during such year, with the first
payday to be January 3, 2003, with the exception that no compensation shall be paid to
the holder of the office of Deputy Town Superintendent of Highways, and, the Town
Historian is to be paid on an annual basis.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
