RESOLUTION APPOINTING A SECRETARY TO THE RECREATION
COMWrTEE OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Christopher J. Colsey
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey
Mr. Paoloni
and seconded by
WHEREAS, Margaret B. Roe is hereby appointed to serve as Secretary to the
Recreation Committee of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Secretary to
the Recreation Committee of the Town of Wappinger is hereby fixed and established at
the annual rate of $ 31,219.00, to be paid every Friday throughout the year 2003, with the
first payday to January 3, 2003.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
