RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BUILDING AND
GROUNDS CUSTODIAN FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. co 1 s e y

and seconded by
WHEREAS, Anthony Mussara is hereby appointed to serve as the Custodian
for the maintenance of the Building and Grounds at the Town Hall of the Town of
Wappinger, and
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salary for Anthony
Mussara, the Custodian of Buildings and Grounds is hereby fixed and established at an
annual rate of $ 22,659.00 and on anniversary date of 1/24/03 to be increased to
$23,716.00 to be paid every Friday throughout the year 2003, with the first payday to be
January 3, 2003.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
