RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE SENIOR CITIZEN DIRECTOR AND
ASSISTANT FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by m,- cel GPy and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, Kathleen DeLisa is hereby appointed to serve as Senior Citizen
Director for the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, and
WHEREAS, Eileen Manning is hereby appointed to serve as assistant to the
Senior Citizen Director for the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the
Senior Citizen Center Director of the Town of Wappinger be and the same hereby is
fixed and established at the annual rate of $ 32,159.00 and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Assistant to the
Senior Citizen Director be and the same hereby is fixed and established at the annual rate
of $18,761 to be paid every Friday throughout the year 2003 with the first payday to be
January 3, 2003.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
