RESOLUTION NO. 2003-011
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MAINTENANCE
SUPERVISOR FOR THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER RECREATION
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr cep s e� and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, Steve Tompkins is hereby appointed to serve as the Maintenance
Supervisor for the Recreation Department of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary for the Maintenance
Supervisor for the Recreation Department be and the same hereby is fixed and
established at an annual rate of $ 38,709.00, to be paid every Friday throughout the year
2003, with the first payday to be January 3, 2003.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
