RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CONSULTANT TO THE
RECREATION CONIlVIITTEE OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
BE IT RESOLVED, that Ralph Holt, Chairman of the Recreation Committee, is
hereby is appointed to serve as the Consultant to the Town of Wappinger Recreation
Committee, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the Consultant to the
Recreation Committee of the Town of Wappinger be and the same hereby is fixed and
established at the annual rate of $ 11,252.00 to be paid every Friday throughout the year
with the first payday to be January 3, 2003.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
