2003-022RESOLUTION NO. 2003-022 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE PAY SCALE FOR PART-TIME CLERICAL, LABORERS AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL OTHER THAN HIGHWAY EMPLOYEES At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Christopher J. Colsey ABSENT: The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey and seconded by Mr. Paoloni RESOLVED, that the pay scale for all presently employed part-time clerical employees engaged to perform services for the Town Board and/or its Officials & Agencies, be and the same hereby is fixed and established at a minimum hourly rate of $6.00 to a maximum hourly rate of $12.96 per hour, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the part-time hourly rate for any subsequent part-time clerical employee engaged by any Official or Agency Department Head shall be established at the minimum hourly rate, or if otherwise fixed and established, shall be subject to the approval of the Town Board, and BE IT FURTIJER RESOLVED, that the pay scale for all presently employed part-time laborers and Maintenance people, other than Highway Personnel, engaged to perform services for the Town Board and/or its Officers, Officials and Agencies, be and the same hereby is fined and established at a minimum hourly rate of $ 10.13 to a maximum hourly rate of $ 14.19 per hour, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all such extra Part-time Clerical Employees and Laborers, and Maintenance people, other than Highway personnel, engaged on an hourly basis shall be paid every Friday throughout the year 2003, with the first payday to be on Friday, January 3, 2003.
