RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE TIM AND PLACE OF TOWN OF
WAPPINGER TOWN BOARD MEETINGS
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 NViiddlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by MR • cols ey

and seconded by
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger meets twice monthly,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,the the schedule for the Town Board of the
Town o Wappinger is as follows:
1)The Regular Monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger shall be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush
Road, in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, in the
evening of the 4th Monday of each month, or at such other place or
places within the Town of Wappinger as the Town Board shall from time
to time designate.
2) The Regular Workshop monthly meeting of the Town Board of the
Town of Wappinger shall be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 20
Middlebush Road, in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, in the evening of the 2nd Monday of each month, or at such other
place or places within the Town of Wappinger as the Town Board shall
from time to time designate.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
