RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CHAIR OF THE PLANNING BOARD,
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, AND RECREATION COMNUTTEE
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey

WHEREAS, the Town Board is authorized to appoint the Chairs of the Planning
Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Recreation Committee, and Conservation Advisory
Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appointments are made as follows:
1) Philip DiNonno — Planning Board Chair
2) Al Lehigh — Zoning Board of Appeals Chair
3) Ralph Holt — Recreation Committee Chair
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

regarding Alan Lehigh's term on the Zoning Board. Mr. Lehigh's term expires in
February of 2003. Mr. Lehigh would like to request that the Town Board re -appoint him
for an additional five year term.
