RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE man lu . WER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 24th day of February, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - *AbftkxV&W
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT: Robert Valdati
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr . Bettina and seconded
by Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent Graham Foster has
requested permission in a letter to the Supervisor dated February 6, 2003, to go out to bid
for a new mower.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Graham Foster, Superintendent of
Highway Town of Wappinger, is hereby authorized to go to bid a new mower.
The foregoing was put to a vote, which resulted as follows:

SUBJECT: ROADSIDE MOWER,
Our current mower is worn out and our tractor is in need of repair. However, I feel with
some work we can get another five years out of our tractor. We can buy another mower
to mount on our tractor for approximately $8,000.00.
I would like permission to go to bid for a new mower. I can give the board some solid
figures to work with in consideration ofpurchasinga mower far the upcoming season
