RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AMENDMENTS TO AWARDS FOR CONTRACTS
FOR HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT SUPPLIES
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 14th
day of April, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr.yaldati and seconded by
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger awarded contracts for various
supplies for the Highway Department at the March 24, 2003 meeting of the Town Board, and
WHEREAS, due to clerical error in preparing resolution 2003-104, amendments to the
contract rates are as follows:
