UntitledBE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 5 with respec` to the duties and powers
of the Chief Building Inspector be amender: by adding thereto
an additional paragraph (e) to read as follows:
(e) The Chief Building Inspector and duly appointed
deputy inspector shall have the authority to issue an appearance
ticket pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law Section. 150.20 for
the enforcement of this ordinance.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption, posting
and publication, as prescribed by Town Law.
