Section 11, of tc_e Town of Wappinger Ordinance for Admin-
istering and Enforcing the Sate Building Construction Code is

In the event that an application for a building
permit is not approved, the applicant shall be en-
titled to a refund of 50% of the fee paid, provided
no construction has been commenced. If construction
work has been started and the application is not
approved,, the fees paid shall not be. refunded."
SECTION 2
This Ordinance shall tape effect immediately upon adoption
