ANO FLORIDA BAR Councilman Nicholas Johnson 16 Gabriella Road Wappinger Falls, NY 12590 Dear Councilman Johnson: March 31, 1983 VED APR 4 1983 ELAINE H. SNOWDEN I enclose for you an amendment to the zoning ordinance clari- fying the language relative to camps. Should you wish to introduce this amendment, a public hearing will be necessary (10 days notice) and referral of the amendment to the county will also be necessary. In view of the fact that the amendment seeks to clarify the language of the existing ordinance rather than to permit additional or new uses, it would appear that there would be no significant environmental considerations attached to the amendment of the zoning ordinance.
