WHEREAS an ORDINANCE has been introduced before the Town

now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish a Notice of a public hearing on such

which such hearing shall be held at the Town Hall, Mill Street

and State of New York, and that she did on June 18, 1968
post a copy of the attached Ordinance Relating to the
Ownership and Control of Dogs in the Town of Wappinger,
which was duly adopted by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on the 17th day of June 1968, on the signboard
maintained by your deponent in her office in the Town Hall
of the Town of Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of
Wappingers Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, pursuant to Subdivision 6 of Section 30 of Town Law,
and that said copy of such Ordinance has remained so posted
from said June 18th, 1968 through and including July 1, 1968.
