LEGAL NOTICE Is HTEMEBY GIMOthat pursuant to section 130 of
the Town Law of the State of New York* and pursuant to a reOlutiO
of the Town Board of the Town of Wappingers New York duly adopted
October 5# 1961, the said Town Board will hold a public hearing
at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls* N. Y, on the
24th day of October 1961 at 7:30 o'clock# P. M. to hear all
interested parties and ciizens for or against the adoption of
a proposed ordinance described in Viral terms as follow:
An ordinance to regulate the operation of Jxjbm Go -Karts and
similiar vehicles within said townships including days and
hours of operation# safety factors# sanitary and other fac-
ilities required in connection therewiths regulation of noise
with specific reference to the disturbance of the public peaces
and related matters*
