AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF
WAPPINGER

The following Ordinance was by Councilman
who moved its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED and ordained by the Town Board of the
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, in pursuance
of the authority conferred by the laws of the State of
New York, as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance
and Map adopted January 29, 1963, as amended from time to
time, is hereby further amended by rezoning the following
described parcel of land from "R-40" (Residential Zones)
to"PI" (Planned Industry) said tract or parcel of land
being situated in the Town of Wappinger, County of Dutchess
and State of New York, more particularly bounded and
described in the attached Schedule A.
