PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger will
conduct a public hearing on June 15, 1978 at 7:00 P.M. EDST at Town Hall
Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York on an Ordinance to Amend the Zoning
Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger as follows:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
Introduced by Henan Supervisor Diehl
Be it ordained by the Tom Board of the Torn of
Wappinger as follows:
Section 424 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of
Wappinger duly adopted on January 29, 1963 is amended as
follows:
Section One:
The minimum 30 -acre lot area requirement under category
SC Business is deleted and substituted in its place shall
be the minimum lot area requirement of 10 acres.
Section Two:
This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption, posting
and publication.
