Town Clerk of the Town of Wappinger, County of Dutchess
and State of New York, and that she did on June 20, 1978,
post a copy of the attached Ordinance to Amend the Zoning
Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger (SC 30 acre to 10 acres)
which was duly adopted by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on June 15, 1978, on the signboard maintained
by your deponent in her office in the Town Hall of the
Town of Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of Wappingers
Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, pursuant
to Subdivision 6 of Section 30 of Town Law, and that said
copy of such Ordinance has remained so posted from said
June 20, 1978 through and including July 10, 1978.

Wappinger as follo.,7s :
Section 424 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of
Wappinger duly adopted on January 29, 1963 is amended: -as_.
follows:
Section One:
The minimum 30 -acre lot area requirement under category
SC Business is deleted and substituted in its place shall
be the minimum lot area requirement of 10 acres.
Section Two:
This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption, posting
and publication.

Ordinance -.as duly adopted at a special meeting of the Town Board
of the Town of Wappinger duly and regularly called and held on
the 15th day of June, 1978, at which time a quorum was present
and participated throughout, and that the same has not been in
any manner rescinded or annulled and that the same is still in
force and effect and is duly entered in the minutes of said
meeting.
