ing as posted at the Town Wall, such per-
son for the purposes of Nes ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a trespass upon said
park lands in violation of this ordinance.
Section 7: In the event the Town of Wap-
pinger Recreation Commission modifies the
hours herein, such modified schedule shall
be filed with the Town Clerk within ten (10)
days after its adoption or amendment and
the Town Clerk shalt post such new hours.
Section 8: Any person violating the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be guilty of
a violation of the Penal Law of the State of
New York.
Section 9: This ordinance shall take ef-
fect immediately upon adoption, posting
and publication, as provided by Town Law.

that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted at the Regular Meeting of the Town
Board of the Town of Wappinger held Oc-
tober 21, 1985, at which time a quorum was
present and participated throughout and
that the same is still in force and effect and
is duly entered in the minutes of said
meeting.
