maintained by your deponent in her office in the Town Hall of the
Town of Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of Wappingers Falls,

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
will conduct a Public Hearing on December 29, 1978 at 4:45 P.M. EST
at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County,
New York to hear all persons concerning an Amendment to the Ordinance
on Developers Snow Plowing Maintenance.
The following Amendment to the Ordinance on Developers Snow
Plowing Maintenance was introduced by Councilman Jensen:
Section 2.1 The Town of Wappinger will not accept any dedication
of roads within the subdivision until any unpaid fines are fully paid
