PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following Ordinance was adopted
by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger at the Regular Meeting
held June 9, 1969.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PORTIO
OF WILDWOOD DRIVE AS ONE WAY ROADWAYS
WHEREAS, Wildwood Drive in the Town of Wappinger Is divided
In'
oadways, each such roadway being approximately 15 feet

Be it enacted y the Town Board of the f pp#nger as

on 1. The southerly lane or roadwby s od Drive
n New Hackensack ,Road and Widmer fts4, Is hereby
BAN. as one way east and vehicular traffic is prohibited from
ttavoiinq, thereon except in an easterly direction from New
Heckamack Road to Widmer Road.
Section 2. , The notherly lane or roadway of Wildwood Drive
1 between New Hackensack Road and Widmer Road is hereby
r designated as one Kray west and vehicular traffic is hereby prohibited
from traveling thereon except in a westerly direction from Widmer
Road to New Hackensack Road.
Section 3. Any violation of this ordinance shall be a traffic
infraction as defined in Section 155 of the New York State Vehicle
and Traffic Law and the proceeding shall be conducted in accordance
with Section'155 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law and
the penalties upon conviction of a violation of this ordinance shall be
as prescribed in Section 1800 B of the New York State Vehicle and
Traffic Law.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
posting and publication as provided by law.

follows:
Section 1. The southerly lane or roadway of Wildwood Drive
between New Hackensack Road 'and Widmer Road is hereby

from traveling thereon except in a westerly direction from Widmer
Road to New Hackensack Road.
Section 3. Any violation of this ordinance shall be a traffic
