That she is the duly elected, qualified and acting
Town Clerk of the Town of Wappinger, County of Dutchess
and State of New York.
That on June 10, 1968, your deponent posted a copy of
the attached notice of Public Hearing on the consideration
of adoption of an amended zoning map of the Town of Wappinger,
on the signboard maintained by your deponent in her office
in the Town Hall of the Town of Wappinger, Mill Street,
in the Village of Wappingers Falls, Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York. That such signboard is main-
tained by your deponent in compliance with the provisions
of Article 3, Section 30, Subdivision 6 of the Town Law
of the State of New York.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 265
of the Town Law a Public Hearing will be held by the Town
Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess, County, New York,
at the Town Hall, Mill Street, in the Village of Wappingers
Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, on
the 24th day of June, 1568, at 8:00 o'clock in the after-
noon of that day on proposals to amend Sections of the
zoning ordinance of the Town of Wappinger, the proposed
amendments being annexed hereto and made a part hereof, and
for the purpose of considering the adoption of an amended
zoning map of the Towr. of Wappinger.
ALL parties in interest will be heard by the Town Board
at the public hearing to be held as aforesaid.

and participated throughout, and that the same has not been in
any manner rescinded or annulled and that the same is still in
force and effect and is duly entered in the minutes of said
meeting.
