A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was held on
September 28, 2005, at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers
Falls, New York. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to Adopt the
Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the 2005 Assessment Rolls from
the New York State Office of Real Property Services. Supervisor Ruggiero
called the meeting to order at 7:18 pm.

RESOLUTION NO. 2005-136
RESOLUTION ADOPTING CERTIFICATE OF ADJUSTED BASE
PROPORTIONS FOR THE 2005 ASSESSMENT ROLL FROM THE NEW
YORK STATE OFFICE OF REAL PROPERTY SERVICES
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman McCarthy and
seconded by Councilman Paoloni.
WHEREAS, the Town has received a Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions
for the Assessment Roll for calendar year 2005 from the New York State
Office of Real Property Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if
fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town of Wappinger hereby accepts and adopts the base
percentages, current percentages, and current base proportions as set
forth in the Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the 2005
Assessment Roll, received from the New York State Office of Real
Property Services, a copy of which is attached hereto.
3. John C. Masterson, Town Clerk, is hereby authorized to certify on
behalf of the Town, the Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the
2005 Assessment Roll.
The forgoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

Robert Valdati, Councilman Voting Absent
Vincent Bettina, Councilman Voting Absent
Maureen McCarthy, Councilwoman Voting Aye

The Resolution is hereby duly declared adopted.
There was no further business to come before the Board.
Councilwoman McCarthy moved to close the meeting, seconded by
Councilman Paoloni and unanimously carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:17 pm.
