RESOLUTION NO. 2004-149
RESOLUTION APPOINTING SENIOR CITIZENS DIRECTOR
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 12`" day of April, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor -

Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by ms. McCarthy and seconded by
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has conducted
interviews for the purpose of appointing a Senior Citizens Director, and
WHEREAS, Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has found
Nancy Cito to be the individual capable of performing the duties of a
Senior Citizens Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Nancy Cito is hereby
appointed as the Town of Wappinger Senior Citizens Director.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
