RESOLUTION APPOINTING TOWN HISTORIAN
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 9th day of February, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by R. Valdati
M. McCarthy
and seconded by
WHEREAS, Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has found Janice
Hilderbrand to be the individual capable of performing the duties of Town Historian.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Janice Hilderbrand is hereby
appointed as Town of Wappinger Historian.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
