RESOLUTION APPOINTING BUILDING INSPECTOR
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 14th day of October, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by mr Patel „n i and seconded
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has conducted
interviews for the purpose of appointing a Building Inspector, and
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has found George Kolb to be the
individual capable of performing the duties of Building Inspector.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that George Kolb is hereby
appointed as the Town of Wappinger Building Inspector.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
