RESOLUTION APPOINTING ACTING ASSESSOR
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 9th
day of OCTOBER, 2002 at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati
Mr. Paoloni
and seconded by
WHEREAS, Linda A. Tasadfoy, Town of Wappinger Assessor, is presently suspended
with pay pending an investigation of the Assessor's office; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to appoint Thomas Logan
to the interim position of Acting Assessor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. Tom Logan is hereby appointed to the interim position of Acting Assessor at the rate
of $100 per hour as negotiated per diem.
