A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger on
November 10, 2005 at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers
Falls, New York on the Preliminary Budget for 2006. Supervisor Ruggiero
opened the Meeting at 7:36 p.m.

Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor
Robert Valdati, Councilman
Maureen McCarthy, Councilwoman
Joseph Paoloni, Councilman
John C. Masterson, Town Clerk
Absent:
Vincent Bettina, Councilman

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavit of Posting and
Publication duly signed and notarized. (These Affidavits are attached hereto
and made part thereof the Minutes of the Meeting).
Supervisor Ruggiero wished to know if there were any comments or questions
in regard to the Preliminary Budget. There were none.
Councilman Valdati moved to close the Public Hearing, seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy and unanimously carried.
The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
