A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger on
January 10, 2006 at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York on proposed Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Regarding
Farmland Protection. Deputy Supervisor Paoloni opened the meeting at 7:33
p.m.

Joseph Paoloni, Deputy Supervisor
Robert Valdati, Councilman
Maureen McCarthy, Councilwoman
John C. Masterson, Town Clerk
Others Present:
Al Roberts, Attorney to the Town
Absent:
Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor
Vincent Bettina, Councilman
SUSPENSION OF RULES FOR PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS
Councilwoman McCarthy moved to suspend the rules for public comment,
seconded by Councilman Valdati and unanimously carried.
The Town Clerk offered for the record, the Affidavit of Posting and
Publication duly signed and notarized. (These Affidavits are attached hereto
and made part thereof the Minutes of this Hearing).
Mr. Paoloni wished to know if there were any questions or comments. There
were none.
Councilwoman McCarthy moved to close the Public Hearing, seconded by
Councilman Valdati and unanimously carried.
The Public Hearing closed at 7:34 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS/COMMENTS
Councilman Valdati received a call from Pam Cortright of North Gilmore
with complaints regarding town personnel. He discussed this issue with
Supervisor Ruggiero and perhaps we can discuss it further in Executive
Session when Supervisor Ruggiero returns.
There was no further Business to come before the Board
Councilwoman McCarthy moved to close the meeting, seconded by
Councilman Valdati and unanimously carried.
The meeting closed at 7:36 p.m.
