RESOLUTION
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls
New York, in the said Township, on the 26th day of November, 1990, at 7:30
o'clock p.m., there were:
Present: Supervisor - Constance 0. Smith
Councilmen - Victor Fanuele
Robert Valdati
Joseph Incoronato
June Visconti

The following Resolution was offered by Councilwoman June Visconti ,
and seconded by Councilman Joseph Incoronato
RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF STATEMENT OF FINDINGS
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINACE OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGE R,
INTRODUCED FOR ADOPTION AUGUST 27, 1990
Date: November 26, 1990
WHEREAS the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has caused to be prepared a
Statement of Findings - Proposed Local Law Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the
Town of Wappinger, Introduced for Adoption August 27, 1990, and
WHEREAS this Town Board has received and reviewed such Statement of Findings,
prepared by Raymond H. Arnold, Planning Consultant, dated November 25, 1990,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Statement of Findings, dated November 25,
1990, prepared by Raymond H. Arnold, for the Proposed Local Law Amending the
Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger, Introduce for Adoption August 27,
1990 is hereby adopted by the Town Board as its position for the purposes of
completing the SEQRA review of the Proposed Local Law.
The question of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly put to a vote
on roll call, which resulted as follows:

The Resolution was thereupon declared duly adopted.
