Resolution Authorizing Amendments to the 2009 Town of Wappinger Budget in Respect to the
Senior Center
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on September 14, 2009.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger adopted the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2009 on
November 19, 2008; and
WHEREAS, on July 24, 2009, the Town of Wappinger Senior Center Recreation Leader
provided a memo entitled "Re -Allocation of Budget Coverage 2009" to the Town Board in respect to
proposed amendments within the Senior Center budget (A Fund) for the purpose of the Photo Club and
Wii accounts; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget amendments do not affect the overall budgeted amount for the
departments or the public tax levy for fiscal year 2009; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget amendments are as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town
Supervisor and Town Accountant to amend the Town of Wappinger Budget adopted for the 2009 Fiscal
Year in accordance with the aforementioned proposed budget amendments.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
