Resolution Terminating 2009 Seasonal Employees
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October 13, 2009.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale (arrived at 6:08 PM)
Vincent F. Bettina
Maureen McCarthy (arrived at 7:28 PM)
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman
Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Recreation Department employs certain individuals on a
seasonal basis as reflected in the 2009 Adopted Budget for the Town of Wappinger; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Recreation Commissioner has been charged with the
oversight of the Town owned parks and related facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Recreation Commissioner has proposed the following
termination dates for 2009:

Max Dolenk August 7, 2009
Vincent LaVacca October 16, 2009
John Mighore October 16, 2009
Maricelle Diaz October 31, 2009
Frank McKinney November 13, 2009
Bernie Roe November 13, 2009
Robert Sheridan December 11, 2009
Tom McKinney (reduction in hours 10/16/09) December 11, 2009
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board acknowledges and authorizes
the termination dates of the aforementioned seasonal employees.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
