RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTENDENCE TO THE ASSOCIATION OF
TOWNS, AND DESIGNATION OF VOTING DELEGATE
AND ALTERNATE FOR THE ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by
Mr. Colsey
WHEREAS, the annual meeting of the Association of Towns of the State of New
York will be held on February 16, 17, 18 and 19, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger is required to designate a Voting Delegate
and Alternate to attend the Annual Business Session of the Association of Towns of the
State of New York;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that theTown Board members, Planning
Board members, Zoning Board members, and Comptroller are hereby authorized to
attend the Annual Meeting of the Association of Towns of the State of New York; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Joseph Ruggiero is hereby designated to
attend the Annual Business Session of the Association of Towns of the State of New
York and a Voting Delegate; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Joseph Paoloni is hereby designated as an
alternate for the Annual Business Meeting of the Association of Towns of the State of
New York.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
