RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW MEMBER
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 24th day of May, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Ruggiero and seconded by
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has conducted
interviews for the purpose of appointing a member of the Board of Assessment Review,
and
WHEREAS, Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has found
Bridget Gannon-Tyliszczakto be the individual capable of performing the duties of a
member of the Board of Assessment Review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thatBxjAget Tyj Uxzais-hereby
appointed as the Town of Wappinger Board of Assessment Review member.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
