RESOLUTION TO APPOINT KENNETH BROWN TO THE
TOWN BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW
The following Resolution was introduced byMr. Valdati
Mr. Bettina
and seconded by
WHEREAS, there has been a vacancy on the Town of Wappinger Board of Assessment
Review since the term of Member Kenneth Brown expired September 30, 2001;
WHEREAS, The Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has interviewed Kenneth
Brown, and has determined that he has performed the duties and obligations of his office in a
very professional and competent manor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Kenneth Brown is hereby reappointed
to the Town of Wappinger Board of Assessment Review to the five (5) year term expiring
September 30, 2006.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
