RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE
TO RECREATION CONFERENCE
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 9th day of February, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize Skip Rottkamp, Recreation
Director, and Nancy Cito, Recreation Commission Member, to attend NYSR&P Annual
Conference and Business Expo in Tarrytown, New York on April 25, 26, 27 and 28,
2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Skip Rottkamp, Recreation
Director, and Nancy Cito, Recreation Commission Member are hereby authorized to
attend to attend NYSR&P Annual Conference and Business Expo in Tarrytown, New
York on April 25, 26, 27 and 28, 2004, at a cost not to exceed Two -Hundred, Thirty -
Seven Dollars ($237) per person for registration.
The foregoing was put to a vote, which resulted as follows:

The Recreation Comm, requests permission to allow two of its members to
attend the 64h NYSR&P Society 64th Annual Conference & Business Expo to be held
April 25-28, 2004. This conference will be held at the Westchester Marroitt in
Tarrytown, N.Y. Mr. Rottkamp and Mrs. Cito have expressed interest in attending this
conference. The full registration for each would be $237.00 for the conference. Since it
is so close, they would travel to and from each day. Their lunch would be included in
the registration fee.
