RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT TO
ATTEND HIGHWAY SCHOOL
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the April 12, 2004.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Ms. MccarthT and
seconded by Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize Graham Foster, Highway
Superintendent, to attend Highway School in Ithaca, New York on June 7, 8, and 9,2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Graham Foster, Town
Hior Superintendent, is hereby authorized to attend Highway School in Ithaca, New
York on June 7, 8, and 9, 2004, at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Thirty-nine and
97/100 ($439.97) for registration and hotel accommodations.
The foregoing was put to a vote, which resulted as follows:

As a follow-up to my letter of March 16, 2004, the cost of Highway School is $80.00.
The motel is the Holiday Inn on Cayuga St. at a cost of not more than $119.99 per night
for 3 nights.
